Returns & Exchanges

At Michael's Nursery, we want you to love every piece you wear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn garments with original tags attached into their original packaging or a secure shipping box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
